Awesome looking old school Slann. You don't see many of those around. Nice work.

I agree that he does not need the guards to carry him. In regards to the skink, if you can fit him in such a way that it doesn't look cramped, then go for it.
 
Maybe a normal skink would look too big, but you can use the ones that come with the bastiladon (and you should have left over), which are smaller than the others. I also think that their pose is pretty appropriate. Maybe put it on with blu-tac and take pics to see how it fits, and if you like it then include it.
 
Looking back at your thread I really like the color scheme on your cold one rider. I was a little hesistant about it the first time but in later pics I really enjoyed how the blue-green turned out! Well done!

Maybe you could use an old skink handler from the metal sally... I'm thinking of the sitting on... Or the second rider of the 5th ed terradon... But I'd say the handler works better. You could make a staff out of his spear.
 
I'm trying to see which would work more...I'm leaning towards the terradon rider it seems to rest better on the horn. What do you think

Oh... Mend the old sally... From the picture I'd say you're right... Terradonrider fits better...
 
Wow! Great colours on this one! Feathers look good and a lot of fine detail! The base looks incredible as well!
 
The skink priest looks great, I really like how you did the feathers. The background looked pretty good too!
 
Real cool! I like how the whole model has a green feeling to it! Which lore will you play it??
 
Don't know what you mean by lore @Jorgik the only books I have been able to find in my area are for age of sigmar. For now just painting and playing my first game is a long way off...never played a war game before and I have only been in this hobby since last October

I meant lore of magic of WHF, but if you never played then nothing ;). You skink priest has a square base, so I thought you played 8th.
And you should really try a game they are fun! Also, your painting skills are excellent for barely 6 months painting!!
