We are going to have a local tournament using eTC rules.

I am having hard time to understand the Rules.

Can you explain the lizardmen section to me, without a debate?

Lizardmen
• Saurus Scar-Veteran on Cold One/Each 3 (or fraction) Salamander models, max 3
• Becalming Cogitation/Dispel Scroll/Channeling Staff and Harmonic Convergence on the same model/Slann with Lore of Death (not including Wandering Deliberations), max 2
• Skink Skirmisher units, max 4

• Skink Skirmisher units, max 4

You can have a max of 3 salamanders and/or brackets of 3 Cold one scar vets, so for example you could have 3 scar vets on CO and 2 sallies, or one sallie and 6 CO scar vets, or 1 CO scar vet and 2 sallies.

The slann only have a combination of the 2 of the mentioned items + any combination of items not mentioned there. So one dispel scroll and Becalming would mean no harmonic convergence and channelling staff as well!

The last is straight up. skink skirmisher units are skink skirmisher units! Chamo's and the likes are good to go, but skink skimishers are capped to hit the cloud.
