Here's a list I've been working on for Fangs of Sotek. The idea is to get everything into 1 drop and have a force that can do some serious damage early on in the game. Ideally you should be able to steal the initiative and hit hard turn one before your opponent has a chance to get any buffs out. Personally I always think choosing a general that doesnt give you the d3 summoning points is a mistake, but thats just me. I think in terms of 1 drops this is pretty good, seraphon definitely struggle fitting everything into a battle regiment.
I think battle regiment can only have 3 heroes iirc. Given that, it's going to be tough fitting an ideal FoS list into a battle regiment since you really need the skink hero support to make the skinks a real threat. You might be better off going with DT and focusing on more salamanders which are much more self sufficient. Or just run 2 drop with double battle regiment. If you go that route I'd try to fit a starseer, they just seem so good now with their -1 save spell
I think battleregiment can fit all the heroes. Kroak as commander Starpriest and astrolith take up the subcommander slots And EotG is an artillery
