Hi there,
I'm a new French Seraphon player (so AOS lizardmen). I have been looking from afar lizardmen since 6 or 7th Warhammer battle edition without jumping in.Today I have a Death army big enough for AOS to start looking for a new one. So today is the big dive in the lizard world. Today I start Seraphon.
I have looked at many videos (thanks Caleb) to see what's nice to play and seen many army's and paint scheme. So I have too many ideas now, in the middle of all I want to do a Coalesced army from Ulgu the realm of shadows.
I will probably make a blog here to keep a track, exchange and share my progress with you.

There are a ton of great threads for how to play and tactics for AoS (although I would recommend 8th personally) as well as a great painting section of the forum.

One of the great things about LO is that there always seems to be someone helpful on whatever your question is. Don't think anything is too stupid (trust me I've asked some dumb ones).

Out of curiosity... what kind of death? Vampire Counts expanded into Legions of Nagash or also Nighthaunts?

It's a Legion of Nagash army played mainly as Legion of Blood or Sacrement. It's based on Vampire/dark elf aesthetic with wolves, skellies and Bloodhaunt (Blood painted nighthaunts)

Nice. I've got bot LoN and Nighthaunts… but sadly i think i need to keep just one of them.

Hard choice. Probably Nighthaunt, as I love ghosts.
My interest for Death is very variable: i love skeletons (in 8th ed., TK is my 2nd fav army after Lizardmen) and so also with LoN i favor that kind of models (black knights, wight kings, terrorgheist…)
i don't like zombies and ghouls, but i love ghosts… basically it's as if i love the "clean" undead, while i don't like the gory ones (despite the cool bg of FEC).

So, Nighthaunts would be a more complete army.
