Let me start by saying that your first miniatures are just impressive. You are off to an amazing start good job !
I agree with @Aginor a second color in the weapon would give it more depth.
Some highlight in the face as well maybe to make it stand out even more.

Alright...

You saw my first two test dummies. Now I am almost finished with my third one and this will be my final color scheme for my complete Seraphon Army.

Ofcourse with some variations through out the different species.

So here it is.
What do you say ? I really love it...I like those dark tones.

Next step tomorrow will be the rest of the Saurus Warriors.

A tad too dark for my personal taste but it sure does look cool!

You are right. But that wasn’t the plan to be honest. I just like the dark colors because I think it is the perfect look for the demonish Seraphon
