AoS GH 2017 Skinks !!! 1k

Hey guys i try to update my list to the new GH.
Could it work ?
I'm at 980pts with :

- 1 Skink Priest (the feathered one)
- 1 Astrolith
- 40 skinks
- 10 skinks
- Stegadon
- 2 salamandres and handlers
- 5 Caméléons

I'm just not sure about which command trait to give him and which artefact.
I was thinking about the second priest ability and the reviving object.

And so, hesitating with two extensions at 2000pts

- 1 Skink Priest (the feathered one)

- 40 skinks
- 40 skinks
- 10 skinks
- 1 Astrolith
- Stegadon
- Stegadon
- 3 salamandres and handlers
- 5 Caméléons
- 6 rippers

And right now the meta seems to change... so i'm a bit not convince by aything. so i tried this one :

It's a more shooty army, but i guess less solid that the previous one and with less big units.

Seems pretty solid, though I am a HUGE fan of the Slann in the new book (especially paired with an Astrolith & Starpriest).

How is the Stegadon doing for you? I love Stegs but tend to find them a halfway house between and Bastiladon & a Carnosaur.

As a Skink player from the past, Slann are master, but also make skinks as slaves to their plans. I'm starting a riot here, that's why i'm playing skink from 20years now (maybe more). No Slann for me, i put a Astroligh but it's a proxy, with skinks.

i've only played one Aos game. It was a quick demo with sigmarine and Khornate guys, at a convention.
But i've found players... after two year...
I 'll start to provide feedback after.
The stegadon sounds like it provide a lot of synergies in the list (like the 1s reroll and the extra move, who's can be put on itself).
my main 1k list will not change.

Regarding the 1k list, I like it - seems decently rounded so play some games and report back

I just read some awesome stuff like the "teleportation" ability... With this razordon's see pretty good to re-deploy if needed BUT 40 skinks that goes strait for an objectif or re-deployed on the right spot, or to avoid the next charge... looks amazing.
I see no other units (from skinks list) that can benefit the most of this trait.

as i read this i'll chose those things for my 1k list :
- Battle trait : lord of time and space
- Command trait : master of the skies rituals (i guess thats "inspiring" from Order allégeance could be better but i don't know if i can mix Seraphon options and Order options in the same list)
- Artefact : Incandescent rectrice (on my Astroligh, just to let him rebuilt itself once).

I removed a stegadon for a Bastiladon (i'm expecting a stegadon Teleporting)
Add one more sally
And removed 20 skinks and devided the rest in two units of 10. Keeping.

How is the Stegadon doing for you? I love Stegs but tend to find them a halfway house between and Bastiladon & a Carnosaur.

The teleport ability seems to be designed upon the Stegadon. Steggy is going to be one of our top tier behemoths in the next year.
