Contest Golden Serpent 2016 Winners

I hope people donate more prizes like models next time because I'd love to win some :D I'm gonna plan some projects to get me better prepared for the next years competition :D
 
I have also been informed that my price for the conversion competition has been shipped, and I just wanted to give @neveroddoreven a huge thank you for sending that amazing model to me and for adding a little extra to my price (which is still a surprise) I will share it with you guys when I receive them.

Also to @Crowsfoot and @The Red Devil for making all of this possible
 
Just to clarify I added a little something extra because I ended up sending the prize a couple of weeks later than I said I would due to being ill then drunk then overworked. Don't worry buddy, it's a pleasant surprise. It's not a poo or anything like that.

Another update, the final random draw for two "Hordes or Warmachine starter set, starter paint set and a pin" (Courtesy of Privater Press) has been completed and the winners is @n810 and @Rokanos .

In addition Fiona has donated her prize back to the contest, and it goes to @Hojdar

If the new winners can also reply to the PM that has been sent out, with their name and address.
 
I spy with my little eye... my Golden Serpent prize!!!!

I am absolutely blown away. What an amazing prize!!! :):):) I honestly couldn't have pictured anything better. The perfect paint job on a perfect model (and as a plus, it was a model that I hadn't yet owned... so double bonus!!).

  • A very special thanks to @Xlanax_lot . You did such an amazing job, it is by far the best model in my entire collection. Thank you so much for putting in such a spectacular effort. I love it! :woot::woot:

Wow this was unexpected! Now i feel ashamed that I haven't found much time for painting lately. I better shape up!

I must say that I am pretty impressed with the scope of this competition. Everyone involved really did a great job to make this into a success. A big thanks to everyone to helped participate and to all of the great entires!
 
My third price just arrived! And it is just perfect! Couldn't have wished for a better one.

First we have Oxyotl! @Rikard and @neveroddoreven really took it out of the stadium with this one! It really is a masterpiece!:spiderman::spiderman::spiderman::spiderman::spiderman::spiderman::spiderman: to the both of you! The sculpt is so much better than the GW, and the paint job is equally mind blowing! Everything is just spot on! I really love everything about this model.

Although pictures don't really make them justice here are some:

That model is fantastic, @neveroddoreven has done a sterling job to a sterling sculpt by @Rikard (you need to make these for the community!)

I'd like that more than anything, but sadly not something I see happening until I'm able to leave this island and get more settled elsewhere.

Wow, guys! Congrats to all!

I haven't been able to be here much lately, being caught between work and kids, but I think that I'm getting that all worked out. What a pleasant surprise to flip through this thread and see all of the amazing work and prizes that this community has accomplished! Great job guys! I'm looking forward to getting plugged back in with you lot!
