I still have some of the older gw brushes ... The red ones... They are ok... I use one for priming and on the other one there is written "small drybrush", so I use it as my big drybrush ... ;) the new ones are not of such quality!
 
I'm an idiot "Painting and Converting: May be any model from any gaming system except Lizardmen / Seraphon / Saurian Ancients / Salamanders which must be entered in the Lizardmen / Seraphon / Saurian Ancients / Salamanders category." - Is there no Lizardmen conversion category ?

There is no "lizardmen" models only conversion category, as we did not get enough prizes to add another category.

You are able to make an entry to the Open Conversion category with your lizardmen model.
 
All the prizes are worth fighting for (fighting in a purely entry vs entry competitive showdown - I do not condone violence...or do I...)
 
This Oxyotl is outstanding! Both sculpture and paiting. I want it badly!

I've seen a lot of exemplary painting skills exhibited on this site... I think I'd fare better in a physical showdown then try to out paint you fine Lustrians :p Joking of course about the violence... we don't fight our own (cold-blooded) kind! :cool:
 
16 pages or replies and I finally reply. I started my conversion entry a few hours ago. I fail on my modeling promises a lot but I WILL get this one done. Scalenex promises. Time permitting, I will paint my conversion and enter the painting contest too (time is never permitting).

All glory to @The Red Devil who organized this contest, contacted all the sponsors, and drafted the rules.

Minor glory to Scalenex for minor proofreading RD's contests drafts and storing the Privateer Press prizes in a box in the corner of his apartment (I look forward to mailing this out to deserving contest winners).
