Hello Lustria!

I might as wall go ahead and introduce myself since i constantly keep looking at this forum now that i found it. My name is Christoffer and i come from the cold north of Sweden.
I have previously played, painted and owned some different 40 k army´s like Grey knights, ultramarines and some tau. In the fantasy world i mostly collected lizardmen and wood elves.

I started with building and painting warhammer when i was about 12-13 years (mainly painting and not playing that much), and basically stop and sold it all at about 18 years of age (have had some matches under my belt by then). That was some 5ish years ago and now a friend of my is going to get himself a dark elves army and want me to start painting to. Soo, i am thinking about taking him up on the challenge and get myself some elves-eating dinosaurs/lizards. As a goal i hope to evolve as a player to the point that i can compete in the many tournaments held here in town.

It really seams like a nice lizard-community here with nice manors towards them never ending same "noob-questions" so i will probably be lurking here quite a bit.

I'm glad the Old Ones won you over. I'm sure n810's bribery with the custom avatar had nothing to do with it.

You are dead right about the community, they are remarkeably warm and inviting (in a cold blooded way)

I have looked at Scalenex´s tactica, and it is a real treasure chest! I really hope he (or someone) will update Druchii now that the new codex soon is out. =)

I hope someone else does it this time. Dark Elves are one of the few armies that NO ONE in my area plays, so I don't have a lot of incentive to buy the book and run an all theory hammer Tactica on it. Though if Lustria Online wants to run a collection to sponsor a Dark Elf book for me, I promise the greatest theoryhammer Tactica ever!
