Hi to everyone.

I have been playing warhammer for about 15 years now and sadly it has taken me this long to get to Lizardmen. I also have Wood Elves, High Elves, Dwarfs and Empire and some experience on Bretonnia and Ogres.

I have been watching these forums for the last couple of weeks since I started getting myself some of our scaled troops.

And just as a friendly warning. I'm staying away from the abomination that is Age of Sigmar. This is of course made possible by my having a rather healthy, and growing, gaming group that I manage.

Great to hear! It's nice to have more interest focused on 8th edition in an ever increasing AoS landscape. I personally despise AoS.

That is awesome, we have to keep real warhammer alive.

Welcome to the forum! :) Pull up a palanquin and enjoy the show.

Lucky. My edition gaming group is shrinking, as are many gaming groups right now :(

Anyway we strive to welcome both Oldhammer players and Age of Sigmar fans alike. We look forward to your contributions. Check out the 8th ed Tactica Index for years worth of goodies.

welcome fellow supporter!

I agree what was they thinking. Well anyway welcome to the fourms and hope to see your lovely posts.

Well it's more that we have a few smaller gaming groups banding together rather loosely but still. The harder it gets to get a game at the store, the more we'll move on to playing at one of our places.

As long as you have a dedicated player base (even a small one), then you'll be able to keep it going no matter where you play.
