I did a conversion of an Astrolith bearer in which I cut the halberd its staff and used it as a club.
For my next five guard I'm going to use this as a diversification thingy.
It was pretty easy to do, cut off the halberd but keep a little bit of the stick on the weapon (so you can use it as a pin).
Then drill a small hole, insert with glue and voilla!
