Definitely a Bray-Shaman of some sort... the horns are more slender and only have a slight curve up and back, rather than curling right round the head as those of a Beastlord do. And if course the staff is a giveaway.

But there is already a plastic Bray-Shaman model that will likely come back for TOW, so another plastic Bray-Shaman would be a waste. I certainly hope that it's a Bray-Shaman named character who will feature in the Arcane Journal instead.

Indeed there were a couple of Bray-Shaman named characters in earlier Editions of Fantasy - Slugtongue and Malagor the Dark Omen. It's not Malagor unless his wings are folded, and though it might possibly be Slugtongue if the rest of the model's features were withered to skin-and-bones, it's unlikely that an existing Fantasy character will come back because Beastmen usually have quite short lives in their violent society. But a brand-new named Bray-Shaman character for TOW would be excellent.

Thousand Sons? It doesn't look particularly Egyptian for Thousand Sons... but then the current 40K-era Thousand Sons seem to have lost some of their Egyptian-ness anyway...
