I agree almost 100%.
the "almost" part is that 40k shows some positive trend (the new genestealer cult, to name the last one). If only GW could stop to focus so much on Imperium vs Chaos, the game would be much more interesting and still with many possibilities of development

That is true - 40K still at least has potential for new Xenos factions to appear. I forgot about the GC rebirth, which was a great move. Indeed those Spindle-Drones they released with Blackstone Fortress could have been front and centre of the opposing forces like in Deathwatch Overkill with an entire faction based around them, and they could have used that to introduce us to a brand new faction, if they hadn't been so deluded in thinking that Imperium vs Chaos should continually be advertised. Instead we got what I certainly think is a pretty awful boxed game, even with the unusual and interesting quest heroes. So much potential that was thoroughly wasted.

That face reminds me a bit too much of a porcelain doll with a hint of Chucky. It's likely because of the cheeks and forehead.

To be honest, the boobs on the chestplate look worse. It just looks like the chestplate has a random dent in it. At least the abs look like intended embellishment.

Compared to the abs yeah. It just looks like a massive dent instead of stylized armour like in @Aginor 's example. I think what bothers me is that one the one hand it's very very pronounced, and kinda breaks the flow of the rest of the breastplate while on the other hand it's not very stylized. So it ends up a weird hybrid between the style of heavily stylized breast armour (like adeptus sorerita) and the (slightly) more realistic style like this:

where you just have a more pronounced chest, but you don't have breasts popping out of the plate like in the stylizid version.

Also for bonus points a genuine stylized female suit of armor.
