Well, there has been a minor defeat for Chaos this day. As expected from the poor Prince, he failed yet again. *Hisses mockingly*.

There was an error labeling the pieces of Be'lakor in his instructions booklet, so they uploaded the corrected version for free on the website, including the updated rules for both versions.

Yup, definitely a malevolent god. He looks rather like a Beastman, but I’d say he’s probably a Destruction god because he sounded like a Destruction sort of god and Beastmen in AoS are allied with the four main Chaos Gods.

Also, Beast Snagga Boyz! Is that a Lizardman skin on his back?

That's the first thing I thought to... made me grim, but I like the these new Orc models. More of a biker bad-ass look.

Since there will be no new pre-orders until next month, this thread will be a slow burner, but we do have a preview for tomorrows models for Broken Realms:

Quite elvish or sylvaneth, but I couldn't be really sur of what or who she/he could be.

There will be a new Necromunda starter box too.

Somewhere on the internet, the Omnissiah also sended this message too:

A functional box, but not the one I would like. I'm still quite anxious for the Tau one: I don't want a price jump just for the sake of it.

And finally, the latest batch of Broken Realms is available on most GW shops and with independent retailers: Be'lakor book actually opens up with a monologue of Lord Kroak himself and later on we get The Celestial Stampede an exclusive Thunder Lizard Battalion (140 p):

• Stegadon with Alpha, EtoG or Stegadon, Bastiladon.
• Ancient Talepotec: Starwarden Iq-To (must be a Stegadon with Skink Alpha, becomes a Unique named character for the rules purposes) has the Prime Warbeast command trait, even if he is not your general.
• Lance of Cosmic Power: Once per battle, at the start of your shooting phase, you cannot make cosmic engine rolls for units from this battalion in that phase, nor use the Trove of Old One Technology that phase. Instead, pick 1 enemy unit within 24" of Iq-To and roll 1 dice for each EtoG within 24" of that enemy unit, and roll 2 dice for each Solar Engine from this battalion that is within 24" of that enemy unit. For each 2+, that enemy unit suffers D3 mortal wounds.

An interesting Batallion, to be sure. The major bonuses have to ve both the named character and basically two Prime Warbeasts.

Celestial Stampede battalion is actually pretty nice, especially if you're wanting to lower your drops in Thunder Lizard but don't want the Thunderquake battalion. The Lance of Cosmic Power is pretty weak, but having two Prime Warbeasts could possibly make up for it...

Just noticed the Rumour Engine. Skipped that day. They are bugs, but I thought they were owls. Silhouettes decieve.

Daemonic Summer? That doesn’t sound good - Daemons already have loads of models, they don’t need any more. Where did these rumours arise?
