If $20 goes down the tube it's better then $200. Plus, the reviews generally talk about shipping

 

Fair enough. I'm too paranoid about being ripped off. Plus I have just about everything warhammer that I could ever need... outside of a Chaos War Mammoth. Plus I am a HUGE stickler for quality.

 

Being paranoid is an extremely wrong way to do things. Not saying it doesn't work for you. But not doing X because it involves walking past Y which could cause Z damage wastes time, energy, brainpower, and doesn't get you to destination X

 

That's one way to look at it. Another way is that you avoid (or at least limit) being put into a bad place. I let others learn the lessons the hard way, and I proceed when the risk is minimal.

And like I said, I'm not willing to give up on quality to save money.

 

So, your limiting possible interactions that could have unexpected good results for the betterment of the few things you enjoy?

 

I'm cautious. I'm not a big risk taker. I find plenty of great things to enjoy under my current system.

It comes down to personality. Some people are risk takers while others are not. I have no desire to be one.

 

But in the grand scheme of things how big of a risk is it? Are you risking an arm or other appendage? Or $20 you can dispute back through PayPal

Once again. Fair enough. I come from a family background of "calculated risks are inevitable if you want to make it in life."

 

As I said before in the other thread, it comes down to the calculations. Everyone takes calculated risks, but people have unique approaches as to how they make those calculations and what level of risk is acceptable. Risk vs. reward.

 

And as I said, probably different math
