Someone say Mayan Glyphs? There are tons out there that could possibly used, I am intrigued by the idea of using them to cover the scales of a bastiladon! Some quick examples from the bowels of the internet:

    Glyphs 1.jpg

    Glyphs 2.jpg

    Copan Skull.jpg
    Skull device from Copan

Also if you are going the Lizardmen-glyph route instead of the Mayan route:

    Lizardmen Glyphs 7th ed book.jpg

The Lizardmen phonetic glyphs would be much simpler to paint than Mayan glyphs, mostly because the Mayan ones would take some serious freehand work to get them looking right... but considering how well you painted that carnosaur and bastiladon you might actually be able to pull it off!

Guys, any idea how to magnetize Carnosaur's throne? It seems easy, but it's not, really...
I can't find any tutorials online.

I tried to find some examples but I haven't found any straight up tutorials.

This guy apparently did exactly what you are proposing, but there are no steps/good pictures: link to instagram.

Found this topic discussed on DakkaDakka.

I did find a short tutorial on magnetizing saurus to their cold-ones. Done by Feralstryke on youtube.

Do you mean the throne itself or the rider to the throne? If it is the latter then it will be relatively easy, but the whole throne will be really hard if you want to keep the body detail

@Warden thanks so much! This really helps :)
@Jorgik I mean the throne itself. I already magnetized the rider. And yes, indeed, magnetizing throne will be really hard, but I don't want to glue it, because transporting it would be a real pain.

By the way, painting blog update:

Not a Seraphon, but I think it's cool enough to show it here ;). Currently I'm workin on the Lord-Castellant and his gryph-hound.
I decided to make my gryph more... colorful... ;) That was a good decision!

I like the griffin hound! And the actual griffin, I need to get one of those someday for my Bretonnians.

Also if you wind up figuring out a way to magnetize the throne for the carnosaur please post the pictures so I can attempt to copy your method!

Oh so it is just for transport!! Then it is not that hard. I thought you wanted it so you could switch to a troglodon. You just have to place small magnets on the four legs of the chair and then other four where those meet the carnosaur´s body. Just make sure the fit is as tight as possible and that you get the polarities properly (I made a mistake on this and had to carve all around the magnet to manage to get it out of place ;)).

Nice gryph by the way :)

That dog is the one thing I truly like about AoSkirmish. Wish they sold them 5 for $15.
