Hey all, I'm new to playing Lizardmen/Seraphon, but not new to GW in general. At one point I played Empire in Fantasy and Tau in 40k, but that was 5+ years ago and both games have changed dramatically in the interim. Regrettably I sold my armies as part of making some big moves in life, but now I'm back in area with an active playerbase and looking forward to resuming a hobby that brought me much enjoyment.

I'm rusty at both play and painting, but hopefully with some support from my fellow lizardpeople I can become competent at both. I hope to contribute something here beyond the inevitable asking of old questions, but only time will tell.

you are more then welcome here. Great to see you have found an active playerbase, that can help you so much to keep you motivated in the hobby. Sad to here you sold your old stuff, but then again you wouldn't have become part of the Great Plan

Do you have a WHFB playerbase or Aos?

My current local shop is a GW facility, so they prefer AoS over WHFB. That said, the owner is cool and has some square bases so I can prep my minis for either play style. Having an active community is definitely vital, I regret selling my old armies but I knew I was going to spend several years away from anyone to play with and I wanted money more than a box I needed to move.
