Greetings, welcome to the board and the Lizardmen!
 
There's this coolio thing called the FAQ. Third green link at the top of the page.
 
Its called an avater. Go into your user control panel, go to the profile option on the left, and choose edit avater.
 
In future, if you think of something else to add after making a post you should use the edit button on posts and change it rather than posting 2-3 times in a row. Just a note on forum etiquette. ;)
