Yes, statuette of spite is a bound spell and bound spell can be dispelled in the same manner as other spells

Yep, bound items need magic dice to be cast, and it can be despelled by dispell dice.

What about the High Elves Ring of Fury, which cast Kaines fury but provides all the dice it needs within the item? It is power level 3 so I assume they just need a dice to dispel.

No, both the ring of fury and the ring of corin have changed in the high elf errata to only read "bound spell power level x" they need power dice to cast and can be dispelled, the no power dice thing is a hangover from 7th ed and was changed at the start of 8th ed

Any HE players who tries to claim they don't need power dice need to Be shown the errata/FAQ to stop their cheating!
