Providing that they don't overstep the 25% rule.
Example:
2000 point game-
500 points max on Lords
500 points max points on Heroes
500 points min on Core
1000 points max on Special (can't have more than 3 of the same unit type)
500 points max on Rare (can't have more than 2 of the same unit type)
So that means you can't have more than 2 sallies units, though you can have 3 sallies in a unit. So I guess you could technically field 6 salamanders, but people would call you a "Quarter Pounder with CHEESE".
