Help with Colours

Saw this awesome looking Carnosaur and trying to figure out what paints they might've used. Prefer citadel paint line but vallejo is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is a great question... I am not good at eyeballing GW paints from a picture though, normally I just guess when I try to copy a paint scheme.

I do frequently use this conversion chart to look for old colors and what their new names are (I am still used to the Old Citadel names). It may be of use to you while you search for colors to use.

For a wash, I would suggest a brown wash (Aggrax Earthshade) to get the recesses of the model looking good.

Brown scales, Base Rhinox hide then Doombull brown highlight.

Orangey scales, Base Tau light ochre, no highlight.

Underbelly, Base Ushabti bone, Highlight Screaming skull.

Claws, Base Stormvermin grey.

It also looks very airbrushed. Which is not say that you couldn't pull off the same effect with glaze blends.
