Oh I actualy did a model,
... Lets call it my realy late entry into the Skink contest ...
(it was a senic filler piece for a cohort unit)

You've actually inspired me to do something similar whenever I get around to painting skinks again. You can buy these packs with various kinds of lizzie stuff in it - jungle tiles, leafs, etc so I might make a large base with skinks on it and well.. do something creative with the ground lol. Just to mix things up in an otherwise ordinary cohort unit

You've actually inspired me to do something similar whenever I get around to painting skinks again. It's a bit on the expensive side IMO, but it if you lack the creative talent (like me) it might be worth it. IF I buy the kit I'll probably mainly use it for tempelguards though.

Maybe i'll do some saurus filler next... I do have a bunch of extra saurus...
any ideas for something more interesting then just gluing them to a larger base in the same position.

Orcs and goblins would have been easy, just a bunch of orcs fighting each other.
Tempel guards, make some stone pillars or something looking like a sacred place and let the temple guard stand there with moss growing on them or something. Maybe some birds sitting on them as well.

But saurus, I don't know. What about a spawning pool? Not original enough maybe?

As i don't like static unit fillers like trees and ruin(just personal taste),
For mine i thought about using terror birds(culchan) they exist in miniature and toy version too and to use a fleshound of khorne converted(cut off symbol change head) to represent some crocodilian creature

Well so far I have glued a couple cav bases with another big plasic skull to make a 50x50 base, then I green stuffed all the gaps.
