Working on turning some flesh hounds into salamanders after I saw some discussion on Reddit. Got the face how I want it now, just trying to work out how to give it a crest along the spine.

A bit more progress on the flesh hound to salamander conversion. Think it’s nearly there.

Sweet! This conversion is first on my list and I haven't found examples/pics that I've liked...until now!! This looks incredible!

Question: did you file/cut away the original spikes on the back, or did you use them to support the green stuff spine you added?

Thanks! Removed all the spines and just made it out of green stuff. Will see how this one looks painted up then will attempt another.

Slow but steady progress on three salamanders and two razordons. Getting some paint on them soon thanks to lockdown.

Ooh-la-la, looks like the horned one helms/heads fit this sculpt well enough. Are those going to be your proxy razordons?

Thanks! Takes a bit of green stuff but the scale is perfect I think. Salamanders are now ready to go.
