I've been interested in playing WH for a few years, but haven't had the money to do so. I'm strongly considering Lizardmen for my first army, along with Dwarves, Empire, Brettionia, High Elves, or Wood Elves. I can guarantee you I'll be asking a ton of questions, in fact, here's one now. I see that lizardmen have relatively low ws, but decent strength. Is strength a good trade off for ws?

As you will find, we tend to like Strength here in Lustria I believe that strength is a much better stat to have than toughness but everyone is entitled to their own opinion! And welcome

Jajaja I'm so sorry, it wasn't confusion from your question, it was lack of sleep on my part I meant that I would take strength over weapon skill any day Sorry about that
