Hey there! I'm Mike, from California. I got into the Warhammer scene about a year ago and just recently hold of a Lizardmen Battalion. I've started working on the Saurus warriors now (just one warrior, really), and I'll upload a couple photos as I get him done.
I actually started my Warhammer excursions with a Vampire Counts Battalion, but quickly realized how much I despise painting skeletons! After selling those back to my local hobby store, I tried Dark Elves. My plan was to paint them bright and fiery red/orange (inspired by Blood Elves from Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft). These just became irritating with so many pieces of armor, and little faces and what not. So I scrapped those and got my Lizardmen, I now I'm extremely excited to paint and play with them, and I can tell I'll actually stick with them this time!
So I'm here to reach out to the other Lizardmen (and Lizardwomen!) in the world, connect with them, and have fun!
