Couldn't think of where else to place this, I think this is the most appropriate area.
I'll try to keep this short(ish) as there's loads that happened.
- I've started sculpting again! (helping out a friend with his mawcrusher, sculpting the mouth so it's open).
- I'll be posting up some piccies as soon as I can, there's not as much to see as I'd like to show just yet.
- There will be more sculpts, more photos too, I'm feeling both positive and confident at the same time and more importantly, for the FIRST time in years!
The not so great news...
- I'm happy to help with advice, pointers, ideas and suggestions, but stage by stage tutorials won't be something I do again, it's very disruptive for me to break up sculpting to take photos and it increases the number of mistakes I make (limited putty drying time), but ultimately I can only do so much. Taking photos between natural breaks, sure, because I have to stop for those.
If the above statement seems a tad wishy washy, please bear the following in mind, I have Autism, so when I say something is disruptive, I'm not kidding.
I got an official diagnosis in December, it might well explain why my thought processes with learning sculpting were mostly (I say mostly because I DID receive critiques, comments and advice from professionals) self driven, conversely it might by utterly unrelated.
Speculation aside, yeah, I will do what I can with pointers/advice, but I can't sculpt it for you.
Bonus:
I did three sculpts for Felix and Avatars of War some time back, the first was supposed to be released in October, the second in November, they haven't appeared, I don't know why, I was paid for them, so your guess is as good as mine.
Missed you all loads. C:
