7th Ed. horned one

hi im kinda new to warhammer i just wanted to know something... in the southlands region it says u can mount heros on somthing called a horned one. i just wanna know wat that is exactly is it just like a cold one or a stegodon......


btw lizardmen rule all and will always rule all...

It is a more vicious version of a cold one, can be taken as an 'enchanted item' in the book, not really worth taking though. Better off with a normal cold one and keeping your magic points for other stuff.

ahh i see. thankyou. yes i wasent planning on useung them i dont think but also i dont think my army is capable of holding more lol. they should be here soon....they come the pics

oh really ive seen those arnt they suppost to be a dogs of war choice or somthing?

Yeah those guys are a kinda special character/DoW choice.. But the models much better reflect the idea of a horned one than the fat COs that we have in the army at the moment. They can easily (or one of them anyway) be used as a skink character on horned one.

yeah.. i think that dark elf cold ones would look better for lizardmen. they look like dinos

People have done some pretty nice conversions of putting saurus on the Dark Elf cold ones, they're somewhere in the painting and converting section...

I have no COR atm, but I will definitely do such a conversion if I get any.
