Today on the table is this ironclad that I’ll run as a Castra Ferrum Dreadnought with a lovely converted flamestorm Cannon!!! For a upcoming Zone Mortalis campaign.

All the flames for Vulcan!!!

So today will have an apocalypse like game at our game store!!! I believe will end up been 3vs 3 at up to 2500 points each!!!

So I’ve been working this week on getting my grey army green!!!

Friday night look like this prime and ready for the base coats!!







And then last night I airbrush down the base colour !!!!








Once I was done all this I realized I forgot a couple rhinos lol oh well all but 3 models will be green 2 rhino and a apothecary (unless I use my 40K one then at least it will be painted, since he’s a WIP on the build side of things)

Local group just launched a painted league….. now that’s crazy but just to get stuff painted!! So you pledge something every 2 weeks, and play etc….for a major battle in the fall!!

so for the first round I pledge 5 pyroclast that I needed to match a pre painted purchase!!

I think I did pretty good considering I didn’t know the recipe….. the gold is a little off otherwise I’m pretty pleased!! OG on the right the one I painted in the left!!

Great work, they look awesome. I think that layer (probably second) could tone that gold down to same level as on pre-painted ones.

yeah idk that I need a second one ….. then again idk that I need a Typhon as well … and since I have Vulcan I won’t be able to run both of them unless it’s a 4000 point game…. If I’m to build the Ty’hon it would be for pleasure of painting since idk that I will actually play it I guess a great replacement for when I can’t play Vulcan I suppose…..

Not something I have to worry for now I guess lol plenty of bulging to do before I get there!!!

i do like the ideal of a Allie force aka Imperial Fist and arm then all with bolter/auto weapon for there added value + since it would be a small force I could play them via the mortalis rules

Correction: you can run both a primarch and a lord of war. It's just that each unit (including bodyguard, dedicated transport, and/or squadron) cannot be more than 25% of your army's total point value.
