How do I retrieve my password if I forgot it?

It is pretty sad; but the only way I can post to this forum is on the computer that saved my login info.
I tried to login from my laptop and cannot because I don’t remember my password and I cannot seem to find a place for lost/forgotten passwords. I also cannot change it through the account settings either because I need to know old password to change it. Catch 22!

Any help is much appreciated.
