8th Ed. how Stegadons move...

I assumed it was like a monstrous single based creature.

Still trying to figure out if it has to wheel or it can face any direction or how this works

Is it only CHARACTERS that can face any direction when they move singly or are Stegadons like that as well?

It is a monster. It moves according to the single model movement rules on page 27.
