    @Imrahil Have you seen the Minas Tirith terrain from GW? Perhaps that's a foolish question. I hadn't seen it before, but it's been a focus of a few Warhammer Community posts recently and it looks pretty cool.

    ;) Yes I have seen them, at least I have seen a couple of shots of them a while back. They look pretty good and are a great addition to the scenery in the new Starters set (partly the same kit I presume). I will not buy them, although they look great and versatile. I'd like to continue building my own scenery(it is more time consuming, but also more rewarding ;) )

    A little update on the defending walls for a Rohan village:

    As off now I have build 2 corners and 4 straight sections and I have started figuring out a paintsceme:

    I will go woth the right half of this test piece. Base colors with highlights and a wash.

    I did some work on Moria scenery (because the campaign is moving over there)
    Here is one of the two pillars near the east gate (inside the mountain)

    Also working on smaller pillars to fill the battlefield in a nice arrangement (more work than I thought:confused:)

    Two of these will stand on either side of the entrance

    They mainly are to support the wall so that it will keep standing up right ;)

    For the 'normal' pillars on the board I will create a bunch with a maximum height of 20 cm
