Index INDEX - WFB armies and the forum members who play them!

Thanks

How big is your Chaos Dwarf force?
I believe it was 1500 points.
A bunch of it was proxy models.

What do you have? Big Hats, Forge World or both?
I have no FW at all.
I have two Bull Centaurs and I think I have a rocket team (Big Hats).
There was a big contingent of Black Orcs (from my Orc Army).
There were some scratch/cobbled bolt throwers with goblins disguised as hobgoblin crew.
There was a unit of Target Games Dwarfs (Chronopia?) standing in for basic chaos Dwarf infantry.
Maybe some Wolf riders? (I can’t remember if they could take Wolfriders back then).

The CD army was part of a 6 army Mega Game. 4500 points per side. 3x1500 versus 3x1500.

Hey can you add me to the warriors of chaos list? I’d put me down as a kind of though. A buddy of mine bought me this wonderfully converted chaos army as a wedding present. It’s a centaur warriors of chaos army. Looks like who ever converted it made it for 6th edition as it’s mostly chaos knights(26!) and they are converted from the old chaos warrior sculpt. I haven’t gotten the chance to play them yet though.

here is a picture from the original listing.

Done! Nice army!

@NIGHTBRINGER
I waded to the end of this thread and I now have questions. Did you want only armies fielded, any armies collected, or do they only count if they were part of the most sacred and honored eigth edition (but not the wretched end times forces) ??

All Collected Armies:
Beastmen
(1)

Bretonnia++
(2)

Chaos Dwarfs++
Dogs of War++
Dwarfs++
(3)

Elves (Dark /High /Wood Elves)
(4)

Empire
(5)

Hordes of Chaos++
(6)

Orcs & Goblins++
Skaven++
(7)

Warriors of Chaos
(8)

Mordheim++

++Fielded and Played At Least Once.
— Force size is only Warband.

Notes:
  1. A couple of regiments that were part of other armies.
  2. Right there with you @Warden.
  3. Fielded during 7th and 8th.
  4. Intended to recreate an elf army from before they split into three.
  5. Just a few units that mostly served in the DoW force.
  6. Consisted of Warriors, Minotaurs, Beasts, and a few furies.
  7. Fully painted around 3-4K points.
  8. The core of my Hordes of Chaos force.

Long Live Bretonnia!

Maybe nail a few Skaven on there to be taken by the flame (because Skaven don't make good slaves).
The Council of Thirteen would like to disagree with you on that matter. Skaven make excellent slaves and food. Even man-thing meat is less delicious than skaven, esp if that skaven is disloyal subordinate who caused your scheme to fail.

The Council of Thirteen are made up of a lesser race. I'd rather put my faith is Dawi-Zharr wisdom:

"Skaven are never taken alive unless to be worked almost immediately to death or used as paltry mass sacrifices, as they are simply too devious and the Chaos Dwarfs have learned from bitter experience that any group taken might well conceal untold spies, saboteurs and even deliberately infected plague-carriers placed in their midst" ~ Tamurkhan - The Throne of Chaos, page167

The wisdom of the Chaos Dwarfs is stunning!
