8th Ed. Is this combo legal and does it stack?

Magic Armour: Glittering Scales -1 to hit penalty during cc.
Talismans from AB: Aura of Quetzl -1 to hit penalty during cc.

Do they stack or overwrite eachother?

they stack. add the fencer's blades and u got another -1 to be hit in CC. can be a nasty annoyance

CORRECTION: fencer's blades is not -1 to be hit in CC, it gives u WS10, which makes it harder to hit you in CC. sorry for the confusion.

I noticed, but it is almost the same thing
