Hello...I'm so happy to have found your painting log! I've just started a seraphon army and am working on my first unit of skinks, so your skin tutorial came in handy! Anyway, thanks for the inspiration. If I could ask you a question, how did you do the scales on your stegadon?

If I recall correctly is:
Kabalite Green Base
Wash with Nuln Oil
Edge Highlight with Kabalite Green
Edge again with Sybarite Green

Hope that helps!

I really like the look of your skink priest. I must jump on board and ask you to share your color steps/choices. If you don't mind, how did you build the jade-colored top to this staff? Thank you!

Easy one:

- Caliban Green
- Nuln Oil
- Caliban Green
- Kabalite Green
- Sybarite Green
- Gauss Blaster Green
- White for the dots on the ball and the top dots highlights on the rest, only the top.

I really like how you have done the poles, that masking tape is a brilliant touch ;)

:D:D yeah I mask off all the poles to prime, paint and varnish.

I am very happy with it, excited and very scared to take it to the event on the plane!
