I did really like the red one too, but remembering what I said at first, I wanted to make the Barney colors look good on the army. I may throw some other colors on the swarms, salamanders, stegadon, etc. But I think I am going to have the skinks, sauruses, and kroxigors be those main three colors.

Very nice shield, I personally like the green more than the red/orange

I'm not terribly fond of the basing (could be the lighting) but the painting is ace! Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I think I was imitating the basing in the warhammer book awhile ago and I just stuck with it when I started back up again. Anyways, I felt like painting a non lizardman last night. I found an old Burlock Damminson model from my Dwarfs. Figure if I were to use my Dwarfs, he would be Master Engineer/Engineer.

    Hello,
Been awhile. I haven't painted too much since the last guy and these last two aren't even Lizardmen, but I still think they turned out well. I do think my next will be a Lizardman, First is a Dwarf Dragonslayer that I stripped and repainted. The second is a metal Tyranid Ravenger, Since they are phasing out the metal, the local store had this model half off. Looked too cool to not get.

That shield the saurus has is great. I like the highlighted green part in the middle, although the colours( green and purple) are a bit strange to me cuz in Holland we have a radio station called radio 538, which colours are green 'n purple... :p But it looks really fantastic!!! :D have you already been thinking of some great nice general for your army? maybe make up a SC yourself for your own clan/tribe!!!

I have started painting the Oldblood on Foot. I wanted to do something right now that is a little bit cooler than your average core unit. I should be finished with it this week.

the skinks look awesome, liking the colour scheme you chose for that.
If you want to add a third colour have a look at my paint log, its called an Aussie army to see how i did mine.

The saurus is goo but if you want to imporve it i would either make the scales a lot darker or a lot lighter.
my saurus are purple with highlights but my scales are black with a heavy drybrush codex gray and an extremly light dry brush of enchanted blue. all with washes of course

personal opinion, but I think the Ravener has one too many colours on it - and the pink and green really clash in my eyes. maybe drop the pink for the black I notice you've got on his tail?
