Contest July-August 2017 Short Story Contest

You know what's the best part in thinking to a story for a month, to the point that you have the passages already clear in your mind?
...it's that when you finally find the time to write it, you only need a couple of hours.

Still have about 48hours left to write. I am going to be fairly forgiving of late entries, if anyone asks nicely for a few extra hours. Tomorrow is a day that is both likely to involve overtime at work and me watching premieres for Rick and Morty and/or Game of Thrones.

I'm still waiting on Mr. Scaletail's tale who insinuated that his piece was almost ready.

Only just finished my piece in time. It's currently 04:40 in the morning on the 31st here. I need to get more organised. Sorry I've been so inactive.
 
Got some solid last minute entries, but we still have 23 hours and 57 minutes to go. WRITE! WRITE! WRITE!
 
What about a "offering rats to Sotek festival"? That won't be on any particular season. By the way I managed to finish a piece in time
 
I like the idea but I think most of the active moderators are very far away even though most of us are American. I believe Arli and I are closest and we live about 2700 miles away. Over 3000 miles away from Qupakoco and across an ocean for Red Devil.

That's why have telepathic confabulations projecting from the tops of our mighty pyramids to talk.
