Discussion July - Sept Visual Art Contest (WIP Thread)

Moar Felrix and Eli-Nez WIP!

I hate clothes, but I am pretty happy with Felrix's texture. Note all of my leftover palettes. Any thing I draw will generally have only two basic colours, with shades brighter and darker for highlights and shadows. Felrix got special treatment.

It's really quite an amazing feeling to have one of your characters drawn let alone coloured in so beautifully. Also, very nice detail on the hammer of her pistol! :D
 
I didn't even notice that hammer! That's a brilliant little addition! They look amazing and the colours are gorgeous! This is quite incredible!

Consarnit, Y'ttar. It is going to be very hard for me to justify ever rough sketching another pose and camera angle, now that I've seen what hero forge can do.
 
I feel bad about all the illustrations I started for this story comp and haven't had the resources to complete. Maybe I'll get some up during voting month. Speaking of which...

Only days to go in the Art Comp - and I have been too slack to give personal reminders. I hope someone other than me enters.
