Yes, they have.
Leaving aside that i don't see a silly part in the warscroll you have encircled, it's still an old dwarfs warscrolls.
That said, all the warscrolls that are not still being updated may contain "silly references" (each time a battletome for an army comes out, there are no more such things), but even for the old ones, GW said that that they shouldn't be taken into account. What matters is the rule, not if you have a longer beard than your opponent.
