Werther's Original all the way. It's not my favorite candy, but I think it's good.

The strawberry candies are BARELY not poison.

Whenever I complained about food my grandmother would say "It's not poison".

I always wanted to say "There's more than 'poison' and 'edible'"

My parents supported free thinking and didn't mind me questioning them, but I got in trouble if I questioned my grandmother...even when she was wrong. Especially when she was wrong.
