    If you PM me your e-mail address, I can send you the V1 rules as an attachment. I don't have any V1 army codexes apart from the Human army though.

    In some respects I like it better than 8th, in some I like 8th better. In any event, I like that Mantic is forthcoming with their future plans and they listen to player feedback, so I'm going to give them a try.

    On a related note. I just pre-ordered the deluxe edition rulebook. It's the same rulebook but it comes with plastic templates and counters. In the unlikely event KoW flops, I'm only out $64 American.

    Version 2 has magic now. It's not as complicated as 8th edition but it's not nothing. About the same level as AoS actually :bag: but a far cry better than it was before.
