I'm sure this is a stupidly common conversion, but I figured I'd throw mine in too.
Std warrior build. Heat gun the legs and bent them back into a rider position, with him leaning forward.
Cut the back of the elf seat off for the tail.
Mocked up spear and shield, with GS bits to be added later for shiny factor.
Overall, I think it sits pretty well. I have 24 warriors from the 2 box sets, which is a weird number. I can't field them as horde yet, so I figured I'd pull 5 of them out and turn them into cavalry, giving me an even better firelance to play with (5,5,10). Might even put that extra skink priest on one, paint it up like a baby troglodon (with the assumption it's purely cosmetic, no change in stats).
Any other suggestions for the conversions?
