Do Kroxigor get stomp?

As monsterous infantry they should but they are in the second rank. So I was wondering if there was a part of the spawn kin type rules that give it?

The kroxigor has to be in base to base contact to use his stomp. If there are skinks in front of him, he can't use it until the skinks are defeated.

Kroxigors by themselves (taken as a special choice) can use the attack freely.

Yeah, The BRB gave the same impression, just wanted it cleared up.
