Hello boys and girls and welcome to Let's Get Motivated - March 2024

This thread is too get us motivated each month into finishing projects that we have on the go, the rules are fairly simple.

At the start of the month post what you intend to try and finish this month, it can be models/terrain/conversions of any game type. No pressure if you don't finish anything this is for motivation nothing else.

Around the middle of the month post your progress, no images please, if you have want to share your progress with images, upload them into your blog and supply a link.

Around the end of the month post your progress, again no images, if you have finished a piece upload the images into your blog and supply a link.

The reason I don't want images in this thread is too get everyone that takes part views in their personal blog where the community can critique, etc.

You don't have a paint blog? well get one started in this forum section.

If you need advice etc. post here and the community will try and answer.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone share their progress

Well... First third of month report...

Since I don't have my paints available and half of models are in the office, I did only thing from the list. Chaos knight got last piece of milliput and is now ready for primer.

As for previously non-listed things:
FOW british army assembled
9x universal carrier
3x chaffee
Rifle company
8x sherman
2x daimler
2x dingo
Clipped from sprue and cleaned 4x sexton and 4x stuart
And in despair from not being able to paint,I also dug up old warhammer "Aurox transport" and "Nurgle daemon prince with herald" and cleaned them.
 
The month is already two third of the way gone, time to add some goals here :rolleyes:

- finish a piece of Scenery
- make some scatter terrain

- patiently awaiting the new Theme of the Short-Story contest
- patiently awaiting the new Theme of the Feathered Serpent contest

Second third of the month update:
Month is completely derailed. :D
Most of FoW stuff is basecoated with decals, isengard stuff is glued and based rrady for primer.
 
I'm not going to have more time this month, so let's wrap it up:

As for derailed month... I assembled about half of my planned British late war force for Flames of War and most of it is at least primed. I also started with MESBG with Isengard. Assembled everything and painting is currently being done.

Of course, there has to be. Just was a bit occupied by family during the Easter weekend and work during the week. But the thread is here.
