8th Ed. Line of Sight - skirmishers

Do skink skirmishers block LoS? I know the loose formation gives them "zero" ranks. Can dwarves and other cannon people shoot through them?

Nothing explicitly blocks LOS in 8th. LOS is whatever a model can actually see on the tabletop, and pretty much anything can see through a skirmished unit.
