They need to give us more motivation; and by motivation i don't mean just a book. Which is well accepted...but ONLY a book? :/
Actually, the question I want to know is. Do Spawning Pools still exist? As I recall they did save a few if I remember correctly back in The End Times.
So, the repacks are online. The Chameleon Skins are now 5 models instead of 3 with the same price. That's 40% off...
I'm fairly certain they've always been 5 in a box. I believe I just bought 2 boxes with 5 models each.
https://web.archive.org/web/2014120...workshop.com/en-GB/Lizardmen-Chameleon-Skinks It looks like 3 and it says it had 4 bases in it.
I've read the new WD. Here's the fluff: After the destruction of the wahmmer world the Seraphon followed a trace of tears of a godlike being through the void to the "high azyr". No word what happen to the surviving Lizardmen. The Seraphon armies are "willed into existence" through the Slann Starseers. We already knew that. They are organized in Constellations. There are a few paragraphs how this works and so on. It's just fluff no army building at all. They met the Stormcasts at first on the battlefield against the chaos, so I guess if Sigmar knew there where other celestial beings in his realm he said noone. Kroak is back and the wording really sound like he's more "active" than he was in the old warhammer world. Aaaand that's it. The rest is just "celestial magic/ fighting against the dark gods/ blablabla". cheers
THANKS GODS I Haven't started my collection yet. Just I wish to be rich and got every single freaking bundle.
This multi-part plastic kit contains enough components to build an impressive fifteen Saurus Guard miniatures, armed with heavy celestite polearms and stardrake shields. One model can be optionally assembled as an Alpha Guardian, with its own decorative pieces. Parts to assemble a stardrake icon bearer and wardrummer are included, and there’s a host of shield designs, skulls and detritus with which to make your Saurus Guard unique. Supplied with twenty Citadel 32mm Round bases. Free bases for all! Also looks like warscrolls will be in individual format as well.
I saw something like that, look at Starbeast Constellation, there are two Oldbloods and one Carnosaur at the photo, but the description says that there are two Carnosaurus an do Oldbloods. Anyway I thinks that bundle should be "base army" to buy now, for any format. PS.: Loved Dinosaur King reference
I think the base thing is a copy&paste error from the saurus box. Wait, what? The photo is wrong they miss the Carno of the Thunderbeast Host. Couldn't I build Oldbloods on foot out of the Carno box? I think there was something like that.
Never bought any, but I think I found a picture of them. I recall someone on ebay noting they had 5 in a pack.
Fair enough. Nope. They release the warscrolls with the miniatures. Next SA. Now we get new warscrolls with colours and stuff. Like Clan Pestilens. And because they updated our whole faction I guess we get a new coloured compendium too. On the other hand the Stormcasts didn't get a compendium... So maybe we must click our army sheets together.
Oh.. Wow.. I knew about this Danish homepage that sells hobby stuff, but I never used it. Just checked and they sell all their models for a discount. Fair enough, however the Thunderbeast Host basically give you the Carnosaur kit for free!! If this box only contained a bastiladon and not 2 x stegadons, damnit
So will this book contain new wars rolls for our units or will it just be the same free ones just jazzed up abit
The Skink Priest got a new warscroll, the book contains mostly the unit warscrolls of the compendium. There will be some book-exclusively "formations" and scenarios.
