Hey Lustria,

I am looking for inspiration/ideas on how to convert a Celestant Prime into a Seraphon model. Does anyone have any ideas? I feel like I want to make into a Slann, but I'm not sure where to start. First thing that pops into my mind is using the Stegadon's carriage and maybe combining it with the Prime's wispy, energy swirls? Any ideas?

There was also a great ripperdactyl as prime substitute. I'll try to find where I saw or read about it

I saw that! I feel like I need to strike a balance between a mage and warrior.

Looks bad ass. Are you going to paint those wings as feathers? Something about a Seraphon with feathered wings bugs me. That model is freakin scray though. In a good way :)

Really ? You dont like feathered wings on the lizardmen. I mean they are Mayan and Aztec inspired moels. The whole featherd serpent is a big thing in that mythos

Yeah I hear ya in regards to the feathers. I guess it's a personal taste thing. I just don't like the aesthetic of scales and wings together.

Quetzacotyl would make a cool celestant prime proxy. You don’t have to do the feathers but could opt for Dino wings.

I really like the look of this. I wonder what wings he used.

Those wings look like the could be the old daemon prince wings from 40k? A regular dragons wings could also probably work.

I would also check out this conversion of Lord Kroak using the "balewind vortex" and some wraith-ghosts, maybe you could use the celestants base for something similiar.

I had to look up what a Celestant Prime is...

If you do go with some kind of Slann conversion it could be called:

Celestant Toad

:cool::rolleyes:
