I have recently started to write down the colour and the role I used it for, for the stuff i paint. Here is what i have writen down for stormcast

Armour:
1. Base - screamer pink
2. Shade - nuln oil
3. Layer - screamer pink
4. Highlight - pink horror

Gold details:
1. Base - Retributor gold
2. Shade - Reikland fleshshade
3. Highlight - 50/50 retributor gold/plata silver air

Metal details:
1. Base - leadbelcher
2. Shade - nuln oil
3. Highlight - plata silver air

Black details:
1. Base - abbadon black
2. Highlight - eshin grey
3. Highlight 2 - fortress grey

Belts/straps:
1. Base - Mournfang Brown
2. Shade - nuln oil
3. Highlight - zandri dust

Groin protection:
1. Base - the fang
2. Shade - nuln oil
3. Highlight - the fang+white

Scrolls:
1. Base - zandri dust
2. Shade - agrax earthshade
3. Layer - ushabti bone
4. Highlight - wraithbone

Plume:
1. Base - Ulthuan grey
2. Shade - drakenhof nightshade
3. Layer - ulthuan grey
4. Highlight - White

Yes I like that, icy blue will look quite good. Articuno was one of my favorites when I was a kid playing the first pokemon games
 
Great work on this one!!

I love the Blue on both the Bird and the powerwings. The purple ties the Bird nicely in with the Knight.
