Quick Question -

If I run lore of light and my scar vet has a potion of foolhardiness (+1 attack on charge) can he still gain his +1 attack from Timewarp?

In the same vein I also have a scar vet on foot, can he also benefit from Timewrap even if he has sword of strife (+2 attacks).

The reason I ask is im not sure if there is a maximum number of additional attacks you can have from magic/magic items.

I think the attacks characteristic is capped at 10 like everything else can't surpass 10.
