Rained out from priming so I present:

Mechanicus thralls 2: Electro bo-staff boogaloo

Aka current conversions for electro priests without the heads to the staves. Those will be coming in some bits that a friend is getting me.

5 spore mines. Nothing special. Commissioner K wanted these 3 color basic to match the big ones I did last year. They will get a basing treatment as well. I think there are 12 total to paint.

Red primer
Red drybrush
Heavy blue bulb
Imperial blue glaze over bulb
Heavy Yello inset pieces as needed.
Red touchups.

Fyi, the Yellow was still setting In this pic. While I'm calling these done based on the scope of my commissioner's request, I'm going to probably hit the Yellow with sepia Shade to give it dimension.

10 fully painted blood letters, two command bloodletters who have been touched up to meet the current paint scheme standards (barring the skin, which was already done.) And four more of the quick and dirty spore mines.

Command squad of the men at arm's of House Ursus, a vassal banner of my knightly forces. Because I needed a break from red, and bright turquoise was something I wasn't feeling painting.

Nice looking knightly imperial guard! Those fireforge?
 
For more of what I am calling the Ducal Guard have been painted. I think these guys are going to work well as a form of stormtrooper. Here they are with the one I painted yesterday.IMG_20190328_225507.jpg
