Mayan Art Megathread

Maya Serpentine Mask of the god Kinich Ahau. Carved from a single piece of serpentine stone with shell eyes detailed with cinnabar.

 

Yeah, the explanation didn't really work for me, but I understand what the game designers were going for.

Really enjoyed how beautiful the game looked though

 

Some beautifully carved Mayan shells:

And lastly, two ear-flares (earrings?) made with bits of jade in the shape of a bird's eye:
